Workshop Facilitation

I am  an experienced workshop facilitator across various disciplines, and am always happy to discuss   workshop ideas, whether one-offs or in series.

Workshops I have previously facilitated include photography, creative writing, storytelling, film studies and art.

I believe strongly in the therapeutic benefits of the creative arts, and this often feeds into my work. I am always interested in finding ways to engage in difficult subjects.  My workshops tend to work less like a class and more like an interactive conversation, and I have a good track record getting people to engage. This is demonstrated by the volume of repeat attendees.

I've experience working with people from all walks of life, ages, and socio-economic groups.

Some past and previous clients include: The Crescent Arts Centre, Glebe House (Harmony Community Trust), Queen's Film Theatre, Arts Care, Carlisle House Treatment Centre, Belfast Met.

As of 2025 I  am currently delivering weekly fiction writing workshops at the Crescent Arts Centre in Belfast, and monthly storytelling sessions as part of the rehab programme at Carlisle House Treatment Centre. My film-related workshops are either run as myself, or via CinePunked.
